I hope this wasnt done on a real 1964 quarter.....
if it was
there is 2 issues with it
1: its illegal.
2: you should have your head examined for doing such a thing to a piece of silver. Yes silver, all US quarters, Dimes, Half dollars and silver dollars up to the date of 1964 were made of Silver.
